The Secret to Our Pizza
We create our dough daily in-house using premium British flour from an artisan mill, allowing it to rise for up to 48 hoursto achieve a light, airy texture that’s easy to digest.
Our commitment to quality extends to our Italian ingredients: we exclusively use organic tomato sauce and fresh fior di latte mozzarella, ensuring every bite is as rich in flavour and authenticity.
